In both cases I received clear, concise and relevant instructions on how to fix the issues I was seeing. My second email was answered again by Felix in less than 24 hours. My first email was answered by Felix in support within a few hours of submission.
I like how you can just write a simple email to support without having to go through some structured process to categorize the issue. I'm happy to report that customer service was exceptional. A second communication was later needed for instructions to re-install the pCloud app to correct a stability problem with pCloud (the pCloud drive ejected itself at random times) which was a side effect of the original cache problem. This necessitated communication with pCloud support to resolve the problem and free up the cache space. For efficiency purposes pCloud caches data before writing and I ran out of free space on my local drive that caused the write to fail. Because the hard drive on my iMac was almost out of space, I ran into an issue when trying to copy a large amount of data to the pCloud drive. I recently purchased a 2TB pCloud lifetime license. I believe, you won't find any better in this price category. Great job there! It is very good product for the money they ask for it currently with the "Sale/Promo" events. Network drive, which basically extends your PC's storage is an absolutely awesome feature and it works even on linux.

PC client has many Dropbox like features and also some, which even Dropbox does not have. It automatically uploads my photos and videos as I set it up.

pCloud app is present on all platforms, which is a major plus for me. If you have problems with speeds, please first check different than Windows platform, if the problem is present there as well. The support repeated themselves saying they do not limit speeds, which seems to be true in the end. This was crucial during my troubleshooting of the speed problem. You can check the speeds to their servers from Settings of your account on the web client. Thanks Microsoft again! + I had to set Auto-Tuning to normal again :) The product is great though. Thanks Microsoft! Open windows start menu and type: cmd Right-click on " command prompt " and select Run as admin Type this following command: netsh interface tcp show global Look for the "Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level feature", if it If it is displayed as 'disabled' please activate it as follows: netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal (Later in the evening my PC suddenly turned off during gaming for Windows Update.

I set it up correctly and after a Windows Update it was back with the wrong value and I had to set it again. Windows seems to bottleneck pCloud with one of its hidden setting. I had a problem with speeds, which I resolved mostly myself with extensive troubleshooting. They also assured me that i am eligible for 10-day money-back return policy, after I asked them. I was asked by pCloud support to write a review here after a successful problem resolution :-) The support replied to my emails after several hours with helpful points and info.
